Bluetooth LE
Offering a direct interface to the user through smartphones, Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) operate at 2.4 GHz and support a variety of network architectures including mesh networks, beacons, as well as point-to-point links. BLE transceivers are becoming increasingly low in power consumption and are widely integrated in digital chips with low operation voltage and very small sleep current draw.
Realizing a BLE-connected SoC involves on- and off-chip RF design elements such as power amplifiers (on-chip) and antennas (off-chip). Bluetooth SoCs are increasingly used in wireless sensor network applications, and can potentially be powered using ambient energy harvesting sources.

Is there any Arm/Open-source design IP or example chips which can be used for Bluetooth LE?
I have previously used Nordic NRF Chips but do we want to find example projects that can be used to communicate with Custom SoC's?
